Highly recommend! I travel a lot for business and this feels like a 2nd home. Great kitchen to cook but also well located to eat out.

The space was perfect

A lovely function room with everything we needed for our business breakfast. The space was perfect, with excellent acoustics and great tech available to use. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Staff were incredibly helpful

Had my 25th in the function room hall and was so pleased with the venue! Staff were incredibly helpful with the organisation beforehand and reception helped massively with showing me around and setting up. It’s a really cool venue in general and I will definitely be coming back here for more of my events in the future!!

Helpful and friendly staff

Attended a event in the function room, it is a lovely place, helpful and friendly staff, great facilities and location.

Perfect for family time

Walking in just before Christmas and instantly feeling settled. We stayed at British eSports in Sunderland from 24th December right through to 2nd January, and honestly it was spot on. The house was huge, beautifully done, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Christmas lunch was a breeze to cook because the kitchen had it all, no hunting for pans or making do. There was loads of space for the whole family to relax without being on top of each other, which matters over the festive stretch.

New Year’s Eve in the players’ lounge was a great touch. Comfortable, spacious, and a brilliant place to celebrate properly. Midweek, while juggling multiple businesses, I was able to use the boardroom to get work done in a quiet, warm, professional space, which made life much easier.

I also have to mention the staff. The reception team were incredibly professional, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The housekeeper was just as impressive, everything was spotless, well looked after, and clearly cared for. You could really feel the pride they take in the place.

The whole experience felt welcoming, cosy, and very well thought out. Perfect for family time, celebrations, and still being able to crack on with work when needed. I would absolutely stay again.

Great venue, great staff … made what could have been a stressful event extremely easy !!!

All at Helen Wilson School of Dance and Drama thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas recital. That is in no small part with thanks to the wonderful venue.

The apartments are stunning!

I recently hired the boardroom to deliver a workshop, what a great space! Lovely comfy seats, tv and recording for presentations and lovely atmosphere. I had a tour of the building and I was blown away! The apartments are stunning! Really lovely place and friendly, helpful staff. Looking forward to hosting more events here in the future!
